FOUNDING MEMBER
Ripple Effect Projects, LLC was founded by Brandy Boak. Brandy believes human functioning can be our greatest leverage point in any endeavor. Bringing out the best in ourselves and others is a learned skill. Since 2007, she has seen the dynamic impact people have had on their families, workplaces, and communities through learning--including her own.
Hence, the ripple effect ideology.
Brandy is a certified civil mediator, holds a B.A. in Social Sciences/Community Relations from Michigan State University, and an M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science/Leadership and Organization Development from Bastyr University. Her organizational development experiences are predominantly in health care and government, while also including non-profit and small business. Partnering with all levels of an organization, change initiatives have included: cultural change, executive leadership development, conflict resolution, training, strategic planning, and team building.
Brandy continues to draw inspiration for human system's work by witnessing transformations achieved by individuals when they engage in their own learning. It inspires her to continue to do her own--benefitting her family, friends, and work.
Why does any of this matter? It’s her ripple effect. She is proud of it.
